**Job Summary**: Utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to guide the students about the Counselling process and persuade Students/Parents to purchase company’s services.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Guide the students about the Neet counselling process.
- Enter and update Student information in the database.
- Go extra mile to build long-term relationship with the student to facilitate future sales.
- Contact potential customers to inform them about the service using scripts.
- Answer questions about the services of the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Take and process the sales in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Language: English & Kannada (mandatory)
- Fresher (Any Graduate)
- Must have the basic knowledge of Career Counselling and Sales
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skill
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Ability to learn about the company’s service and describe/explain to prospectus.
