Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Support & Order Management**: Handle inquiries related to new orders, renewals, and service activations.
- **Billing & Payments**: Address client queries on invoices, payment statuses, and pending receivables.
- **Ticket Handling**: Manage support tickets related to financial transactions, refunds, and payment failures.
- **Accounts Liaison**: Work closely with the accounts department to ensure seamless payment processing and reconciliations.
- **Follow-ups**: Engage with clients regarding overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in IT/Cloud services.
Strong understanding of payment processing, invoicing, and accounts coordination.
Proficiency in CRM and ticketing tools.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹11,515.31 per month
