- We are looking for an individual with SMB/MSME background and understanding of managing outsourced field sales operations. You will own and monitor sales metrics and manage the entire Acquisition field sales administration process (Tata nexarc Mitr or TnM program) for your region through partner agencies. You should be a self-starter comfortable with executing in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Set-up, manage and grow field acquisition team through third-party service provider/ Sales man-power agencies by ensuring hiring & on-boarding of right talent in the region
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers & City Sales Managers to drive Acquisition KPIs on field through field executives via 1:1 meeting with SMB owners as well as active participation in events & exhibitions
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders like Finance, IT & HR for smooth life-cycle management of Field Associates (Hiring, Onboarding, Salary Processing, Attrition Management)
- Track & achieve Acquistion team’s KPIs towards customer on-boarding & Monetization. Devise & run sales campaigns to drive performance & KPI achievement
- Liase with enablement functions (Marketing, Training & Sales Operations) to ensure executives are equipped with the desired tools & collaterals
- Drive Weekly/Monthly reviews with Agency Leadership to take stock of program health and drive Bottom Quartile Management
- Requirements
- Proven work experience in handling Field Sales force of 100+ associates
- Experience of working with sales man-power outsourcing agencies
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous setup
- Prior experience in SaaS Sales a plus
