**Job Title**: Operation Executive **Location**: Bengaluru (on-site)**About us**: At 5C Experiential Services, we transform ordinary events into extraordinary experiences. From concept to execution, we ensure every detail aligns with Client vision, making Client events not just memorable but remarkable.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee Event Production**: Manage the entire event production process, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and terms. Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and norms, identifying new opportunities for growth and development.
- **Production Costing**: Develop and manage the event budget and production costing to ensure financial efficiency.
- **Staff Management**: Oversee and train staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- **Client Coordination**: Attend client meetings, both online and offline, to discuss project briefs and requirements.
- **Event Planning**: Plan and coordinate all aspects of the event, including working with creative teams and managing vendor and contractor selection.
- **Logistics and Coordination**: Handle logistics for speakers and presenters, coordinate awards and presentations, and manage all event-related details.
- **Problem Resolution**:Ensure the event runs smoothly, stepping in to resolve any issues that arise during the event.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the Event Industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Attend client meetings to understand project briefs and maintain communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good at organizing and Multitasking.
- Capable of Developing innovative events Concepts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
