**Job Title**: Telecaller Executive - Events
**Location**: Bangalore on site
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**:
As an Event Telecaller & Executive, you will be responsible for directly engaging with leads, ensuring maximum attendance for our events through effective follow-ups, and assisting in both online and offline event operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of event marketing, and the ability to manage event logistics efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Calling & Attendee Engagement**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective attendees, nurturing leads and converting them into event participants.
- Clearly communicate event details, benefits, and relevance to the target audience.
- Follow up with registered attendees to confirm participation and address queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and attendance confirmations in the CRM tools.
**2. Event Operations**:
- Assist in coordinating online and offline event logistics, including venue arrangements, tech setups, and registration management.
- Manage post-event follow-ups, including attendee feedback collection
**3. Database Management & Reporting**:
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate event-related information.
- Track key metrics such as call conversions, attendance rates, and engagement levels.
- Provide regular reports on outreach effectiveness and suggest improvements.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer engagement, or event coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in event marketing, sales, or the education industry preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and event platforms like Zoom, Webex, or Airmeet is a plus.
