**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases or inbound inquiries.
- Pitch current residential and commercial projects clearly and confidently.
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with field sales agents.
- Maintain and update call records, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Handle queries professionally and provide accurate property information.
- Build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
- Support the marketing and sales teams during campaigns and events.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a tele caller, tele sales executive, or customer service representative (Real estate background preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus).
- Good listening skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call reporting tools is a bonus.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum: PUC/Any graduate degree
- Experience: 1-3 years in tele calling or sales support roles
