**Location: Jayanagar 3rd block, Bengaluru**

**Experience: 0 - 1 years preferred**

**Role Overview:

We are looking for a Telecalling and Operations Executive who can effectively handle customer calls from Google and other sources, while also managing backend operations such as ERP software updates.

**Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers and provide accurate information about products and services.

Manage leads received through Google and other platforms.

Update and maintain data in ERP software.

Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.

Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:
Education: Graduate or Diploma (any stream).

Experience: 0 - 1 years in telecalling / sales support / operations (preferred).

Communication: Must be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (optional).

Industry Knowledge: Awareness of IT products (laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, etc.) will be a big plus.
