Job Description - Telecaller

As a **Telecaller**, you will be the voice of iRiSE Pro. Your role is to connect with students, parents, and educators, introduce them to our programs, and build lasting relationships through informed and positive conversations.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage potential leads from provided databases and incoming inquiries.
- Clearly explain iRiSE Pro’s offerings, including program benefits, schedules, and pricing.
- Identify and understand customer needs, guide them toward the right solution.
- Follow-up regularly with interested prospects to ensure conversions.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM tools
- Collaborate with sales and academic teams for smooth onboarding of new students.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualities
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English**, **Hindi**, and **Kannada** (languages are mandatory).
- Confident, enthusiastic, and people-friendly approach.
- Good listening skills and persuasive ability.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th pass (PUC). Graduates preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Work Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: On-site in Bangalore
- Work Days: 6 days/week (Monday-Saturday)
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Compensation & Perks
- Salary: Starting ₹3 LPA
