**Sales Executive - Inside Sales & Telecalling**

Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore (On-Site)

Full-Time | Immediate Joining Preferred
**Salary**:
Negotiable (Based on experience and communication skills)
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and explain product/service offerings
- Identify and qualify leads through research, calls, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer details
- Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team when required
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert warm leads
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline to ensure lead conversion
- Report daily and weekly sales activity and lead status
**Required Skills**:
- Prior experience in **telecalling, lead generation**, or **inside sales**:
- Excellent **verbal communication skills** in English and local languages
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems (Excel, Zoho, or others)
- Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or relevant preferred)
