**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support sales team with client research, lead generation, and proposal preparation.
- Create and deliver product presentations and demos.
- Respond to client inquiries and RFPs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customized solutions.
- Maintain CRM data and track presales activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years of presales or inside sales experience (publishing/edtech preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
