**About the Role**:
We are hiring a **dynamic and confident Female Telecaller** to handle inbound and outbound calls for our real estate projects (farmlands and apartments). If you enjoy talking to people and are looking for growth in sales, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make calls to potential leads from our database
- Explain project details clearly.
- Fix appointments for sales/site visits
- Follow up regularly with interested leads
- Maintain call records and update CRM

**Requirements**:

- Must have fluency in English and any other regional languages.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or real estate.
- Good communication and convincing skills

**Job Type**: Full-time (9:45 AM - 6:30 PM)
**Working Days**: 6 days/week (1 weekly off)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹23,000/month + Attractive Incentives
**Incentives**: Based on performance and closures
