**Job Title**: Telecaller (Customer Relationship Executive)

**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Summary**: We are looking for a telecaller with a minimum of two years of experience in the telecalling to engage with potential and existing customers to promote our jewellery products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Provide detailed information about jewellery products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve call and sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and work under pressure.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
