**Job Brief**
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Telecalling Sales Executive to join our Chess Coaching Academy in Bangalore. In this role, you will speak with parents and students, explain the value of learning chess, and help them join our exciting programs. Your work will directly help children grow in focus, confidence, and problem-solving through the game of chess.
**Responsibilities**
- Call parents and students to share details about our chess coaching programs.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information on courses, schedules, and fees.
- Counsel parents and students on how chess supports both academics and personal growth.
- Keep accurate records of calls, inquiries, and leads in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the operations team for demo classes, batch scheduling, and student onboarding.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with parents and students, encouraging referrals.
**Qualifications**
- Graduate or Undergraduate with good communication skills (English is a must; Kannada/Hindi preferred).
- 13 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling in the education/coaching/training industry.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest the right programs.
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
- Positive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
