**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Admin cum Female Telecaller to join our team. This dual role combines administrative responsibilities with telecalling tasks, supporting our operations and enhancing customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Telecalling Responsibilities:_
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers for follow ups
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing information.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive sales.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team goals.
- Administrative Duties:_
- Assist in daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the workplace is organized.
- Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist with basic HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative support and/or telecalling is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
