Job Title: Executive - Sales (B2C Inside Sales)

**Location**: Bangalore

**Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and target-driven individual for our B2C sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Gather customer references to expand the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Manage pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 0 to 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in BFSI or Edtech.
- Strong calling and selling skills to professionals.
- Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Account management
- Strong analytical abilities
- Presentation and probing skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
