Key Responsibilities:
Provide detailed information about UG/PG courses, admission processes, and career benefits.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and sales techniques.
Follow up with potential students and ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, business development, or education counseling (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; English and Kannada proficiency is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Target-driven with a proactive approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
