**Role Summary**

We are looking for a **high-performing Talent Acquisition Partner** to lead full-cycle recruiting for India hiring, supporting our growth across **Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Identity Services (IAM, PAM, IGA)**, and other cybersecurity practices.

This is a **hands-on sourcing and recruiting role** where you’ll drive hiring for technical and security positions by leveraging **LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced sourcing tools, and AI-based headhunting** techniques. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and global stakeholders across India, UK, and North America to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for India across technical, security operations, and consulting roles (SOC, Threat Intelligence, IAM, PAM, GRC, SIEM, and other cybersecurity domains).
- Build direct sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered search tools (e.g., hireEZ, SeekOut, ChatGPT, etc.), and Boolean/X-ray search to identify and engage passive talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to define requirements, create sourcing strategies, and deliver against headcount goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of cybersecurity talent markets, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends in India.
- Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve sourcing efficiency and time-to-fill.
- Collaborate with the global TA and HR teams to align India hiring strategy with broader business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- 6-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the cybersecurity, IT security services, or enterprise technology industry.
- Expert in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and adept at Boolean/X-ray search and social recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-driven sourcing tools or automation workflows for talent mapping and headhunting.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with technical and leadership stakeholders across global time zones.
- Hands-on, data-driven, and detail-oriented — thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Experience working in a Managed Security Services (MSS/MDR) or Identity Services (IAM/PAM) organization preferred.
- Experience doing campus hiring is a plus.
