About the Position
Hybrid 2 days per week in Helios Business Park, Karnataka, Bangalore
We are seeking an innovative, results-focused Talent Acquisition Partner skilled at planning, managing, and executing hiring across Product, Engineering, and other areas within a SaaS business. In our rapidly transforming cybersecurity industry. Talent Acquisition Partners operate with ownership, accountability, and are expected to deliver talent insights and expertise to their stakeholders. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure recruitment requirements are anticipated and managed in a highly consultative process.
What is in it for you? This position reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition, EMEA & APAC and is a part of a larger global Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and HR colleagues, to develop and execute relevant and effective recruitment plans supporting short, medium, and long terms needs of your business areas globally.
- Be the face of talent acquisition to senior leaders and relevant stakeholders, combining hands-on recruitment delivery and overseeing delivery by regionally based colleagues.
- Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, and pipelining, to reach, engage and network with the best diverse talent.
- Encourage a continuous improvement mindset across talent acquisition so we continue to learn and grow; identifying opportunities and delivering improvements that enhance our service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and guidelines, recruiting process and regulatory requirements.
Expertise:
- Highly adaptable, proactive, resilient, and competent with cross-functional and cross-regional influencing, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Strong track record within an in-house Talent Acquisition team, ideally tech organizations, accomplished and hands-on in all aspects of the recruiting life cycle including diversity recruiting.
- Experience in full cycle recruiting within a global Product and Engineering function.
- Experience in creating innovative and effective multi-regional sourcing strategies, including digital and social media campaigns, attending career and networking events, for high impact and success in reaching diverse, passive talent.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, truly understand their needs and influence to deliver the best results.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
