**Job Summary**
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven **BDE**to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, driving sales outreach, and ensuring smooth client onboarding and payment follow-up.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Generation**
- Research and identify potential customers and target industries for our products/services.
**Prospect Qualification**
- Engage with leads to understand their requirements and evaluate their potential.
- Collect necessary information to effectively qualify prospects.
**Sales Outreach**
- Present and explain the value proposition of our products/services to create interest.
- Prepare and share proposals based on client discussions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice creation and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Follow up to ensure payments are received within the agreed period.
**Data Management**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions.
- Ensure data integrity and provide regular updates to the sales team on lead progress.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development in international market, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
