Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business and expand client base internationally.

Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients.

Understand client manpower needs and coordinate with recruitment teams.

Achieve sales targets and close profitable deals.

Conduct market research and prepare sales reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing/HR preferred).

1–4 years' sales/business development experience (recruitment preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

Knowledge of international recruitment markets is an advantage.
