Job Responsibilities
- Field sales of loan products ( Door to Door canvassing , loan leads sourcing campaigns and open market sourcing of potential loan leads etc. )
- Achievement of agreed sales objectives for the defined territory / Region for all the Retail advances..
- Timely Update of market information and competition schemes to reporting managers.
- Attend the Product & Sales skill training provided by the Client and constantly update themselves with the latest product features and guidelines.
- Plan and execute marketing activities / loan leads sourcing campaigns for assigned products within the geographical area allotted to BDE.
- Handling Auto Loan Customers in the Branch, explain Product Features, handling queries from customers, support in documentation and End to End Loans processing in LOS.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate who have experience minimum 6 months and above in loans sales
- People who are interested in field work
Core Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong understanding on loan processes
- Knowledge about internal/external regulations.
Technical Competencies
- Capable of managing the loan origination system
