
Business Sales Consultant

Role & responsibilities
- Engage with qualified B2B leads generated by the Lead Gen team or via inbound sources.
- Understand client needs and pitch solutions accordingly.
- Conduct virtual meetings or detailed follow-up calls with decision-makers.
- Build trust and close sales effectively within a short sales cycle.
- Maintain daily sales activity reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking.
- Work closely with UK consultants for smooth handover of confirmed appointments.
- Mentor junior BDEs when required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound / international sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Strong ability to close leads and manage the sales funnel independently.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
