**Job Summary**:
The Office Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is up to date.
- Go for bank work ,any purchase item pick up, office documents, filing.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating orientation and office setup.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary - Till 14 k
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
