**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a diligent and experienced **Tender Executive** to manage end-to-end operations on the **GeM Portal** and other tendering platforms. The role involves identifying business opportunities, bid preparation, submission, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely responses to government tenders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **GeM portal operations** including product listing, catalog updates, and price revisions.
- Search, track, and monitor **government tenders** relevant to SK Weldedmesh Pvt. Ltd.’s product portfolio.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare and submit bids (technical & financial) on the GeM portal and other e-procurement platforms.
- Ensure **timely registration and renewal** of vendor profiles and certifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, finance) to gather necessary documents and technical data.
- Communicate with government departments regarding clarifications, queries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all tenders submitted, won, and in progress.
- Monitor updates on GeM policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Assist in **contract finalization and order execution** for won tenders.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience with **GeM Portal** operations and government tender procedures.
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes.
- Proficient in **MS Office, PDF editing tools**, and tendering software.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering).
- Certifications or training in public procurement or GeM operations will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
