Job Description: Tender Executive - Electrical Wires Company

Position: Tender Executive

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in tendering, specifically on government portals like GEM

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000/- per month

Location: Near Tea Board, Ezra Street, Kolkata - 700001

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess tender opportunities on government portals, including GEM, and other relevant platforms.

Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with technical and financial requirements.

Conduct detailed reviews of tender specifications and terms to ensure alignment with company offerings.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation, technical details, and pricing for bid submission.

Track and monitor tender submissions, follow-ups, and outcomes.

Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders, bid results, and related documents.

Build strong relationships with government agencies and procurement teams to enhance tendering success rates.

Stay updated on industry trends, government procurement policies, and changes in tendering regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, with expertise in GEM portal operations.

Strong knowledge of government tendering procedures and compliance requirements.

Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
