**Responsibilities**:

- In this pivotal role, you will support the implementation of Zoho modules and workflows, driving tangible improvements in our organizational efficiency
- Support the configuration of native Zoho Modules and Customizing Creator App Modules
- Participate in configuration versus customization plans
- Assist in the evaluation of all existing Zoho processes and modules, recommending areas for improvement
- Ensure optimal performance of the Zoho platform
- Support in managing Zoho roles, Profiles, Sharing rules, Workflows and Groups
- Support custom reports requests
- Provide end-user training and support
- Assist with performing maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests, data sanitization and backups
