Job Title: Zoho CRM Expert - Lifetime Health

**Job Description**:
Lifetime Health is seeking a talented and experienced Zoho CRM Expert to join our team and lead the establishment of our Zoho CRM system from scratch. As the Zoho CRM Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our CRM platform to streamline our business processes, enhance customer relations, and drive organizational growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assessment and Planning**: Conduct a thorough analysis of our business requirements, workflows, and data management needs to develop a comprehensive plan for implementing Zoho CRM.
- **Customization and Configuration**: Customize Zoho CRM to align with our unique business processes, including configuring modules, fields, layouts, and workflows to optimize efficiency and usability.
- **Data Migration**: Lead the migration of existing customer data from legacy systems or spreadsheets into Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout the transition process.
- **Training and Documentation**: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for team members to ensure they are proficient in using Zoho CRM effectively. Create comprehensive documentation and provide ongoing support to assist users with any questions or issues.
- **Automation**: Implement automation workflows, macros, and scripts within Zoho CRM to streamline repetitive tasks, improve productivity, and enhance the overall user experience.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Design custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and other key metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about the latest updates, features, and best practices in Zoho CRM and proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations to support the evolving needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Administrator or Consultant, with a track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Zoho CRM for businesses.
- In-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM capabilities, customization options, integration possibilities, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into efficient CRM solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Zoho CRM certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Administrator) are preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
