**Job Purpose**

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Ensure Application availability and uptime as per defined parameters.
- Create and Drive strategic/excellence Initiatives and delivering key business imperatives
- Successful delivery of full scope of IT Services within his/her area of responsibility
- Successful delivery of IT Innovation (ops excellence) within area of responsibility
- Identify and work on operations excellence initiatives to reduce of S1, S2 and S3 severity tickets on regular basis.
- Review, monitor and achieving all SLA’s defined.
- Effective participation in governance forums and business teams
- Delivery of 100% of data needed for regulatory/audit purpose as per agreed timelines.
- Leveraging alert and monitoring tools to further reduce day to day incidents.
- Closure of High and Medium internal audit observations within agreed timelines.
- Implementing minimum 1 automation and initiative per quarter.
- Create and drive Strategic/excellence initiatives in his/her area of responsibility
- Play the role of “conscious keeper” on all new / existing changes in his/her area of responsibility
- Get involved in Business requirements (demand) discussions with business and Vendor partners
- Ensure proper B2O and other ITIL processes gets followed.
- Strong compliance record within area of responsibility
- Positive vendor partnerships within area of responsibility
- Actual KPIs will be set for the role-holders annual objective

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- 6 - 8 Years of experience in the line of IT
- ERP, SAP S4HANA
- Service management / Change management

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

B.E / B.Tech / MBA / MCA
