**Location**

Pune, Maharashtra

**Job Purpose**

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Ensuring Product delivery within timelines
- Optimal House keeping
- Conducting System audits
- Guiding and mentoring team to perform their duties effectively
- Ensuring 100% statutory compliance, User Access Management for IN and Etopup

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Around 4 -6 years of Experience in Product Configurations.
- Domain expertise of Database and Application architecture
- Knowledge of CAMEL & Diameter protocol. Should be able to do analysis on traces/tcpdump. Ericsson IN architecture. Ericsson SDP and AIR BC Configuration will be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of Prepaid Voice/SMS/USSD/Data charging call flow.
- Should have prior experience of working in Operations domain and aware about operational processes.
- Should have strong experience in People management

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- B. E - Electronics & Communication/MCA/B.E. - Computer Science
