- Configure Compensation forms design worksheets.
- Launch of compensation forms.
- Configuring Business Rules.
- Designing Custom and Standard compensation letters statements.
- Manage changes in Compensation Reports.
- Manage Reward statements configurations.
- Manage variable pay plans configurations.
- Manage variable pay forms configurations.
- Manages security roles and user access permissions.
- Mapping Business Requirement to the workbook.
- Demo of Compensation end to end process to HR Stake holders Excellent delegation negotiation and strong people management
skills Excellent communicator with good articulation and consulting skills.
