30 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central C1 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP S 4 HANA Employee Central Certified with minimum two end to end implementation experience In depth understanding of EC data models Adept in configuring EC workflows writing complex business rules Well versed with the EC APIs Experience in writing Functional Spec and Conducting Workshop Provide functional support for integrations Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively Undertake knowledge transfer handover of SuccessFactors configuration workbooks functional technical documents are appropriate Additional Knowledge on PMGM Employee Central and employee profile and its integration Deep expertise in following areas a Configure Compensation plan template s b Configure Compensation forms design worksheets c Launch of compensation forms d Configuring Business Rules e Designing Custom and Standard compensation letters statements f Manage changes in Compensation Reports g Manage Reward statements configurations h Manage variable pay plans configurations i Manage variable pay forms configurations j Manages security roles and user access permissions k Mapping Business Requirement to the workbook l Demo of Compensation end to end process to HR Stake holders Excellent delegation negotiation and strong people management skills Excellent communicator with good articulation and consulting skills
