**Roles Responsibilities Good experience required in configuring SF Learning module with having knowledge on Connectors Learning Type understandings Configurations in LMS admin Customization expertise in product knowledge PRD reports**

**Good work experience in data migration and data cleansing activities involved in implementation of SuccessFactors Instance refresh sync Implementation experience and customer front ending role Basic Product knowledge of EC is must Responsible for end to end implementation of SuccessFactors Learning with deep dive in FitGap Analysis and Discovery Analysis for Learning Module Responsible for Conducting workshops on implementation or PoCs for customers Customer front end role as module lead and responsible for end to end to product business process design and solution Good knowledge of EC to LMS and LMS to other module integration CDP SAP JAM Third Party vendor integration Individual contributor as a consultant for SuccessFactors Roll out project for VW group companies**

**Primary Skills**:
**SAP SuccessFactors Roll out and AMS Projects Will be responsible for development delivery support in assigned area of work Will have to coordinate and communicate directly with client Business users as per the job requirements Customer support for issue resolution according to SLA for L1 L2 L3 support**
