Job Description
- Good experience in conducting business requirement workshops PoCs and Demos to client.
- Should have strong experience in implementing Success Factors SP CDP modules and its business processes.
- Implemented end to end Successfactors Success Planning CDP module 3 years of SuccessFactors experience with 3 full life cycle implementation and 1 Support experience.
- Additional Knowledge on Employee Central and employee profile and its integration is must.
- Good experience in SP CDP configuration.
- Succession Planning Module Succession Organization Chart Identify critical roles and high potential Successors Perform company wide talent search Side by Side Comparison.
- Employee Scorecard Instant Nominations Talent Pools Management Career Development plannning Modlue Career Development plan Competency Management Career Worksheet Career Path Role Readiness Forms Mentoring Monitoring integration with LMS.
- Knowledge of reports related to SP CDP Good knowledge of EC PMGM SP CDP LMS and its integration.
- Basic Product knowledge of EC is must Experience in SAP ECC HCM on premises is preferred.
- Good work experience in data migration and data cleansing activities involved in implementation of SuccessFactors Instance refresh sync.
- Implementation experience using with ASAP methology or AGILE methology.
- Experience in End 2 End Implementation phases Discover Prepare Realize Testing Cutover Go Live Hypercare support.
- Good Communication Listening articulating skills Good documentation skillks.
- Expert in SAP SuccessFactors SP CDP Module and conceptual knowledge of integration with other SF modules is required.
- Ability to design custom solution is needed Third Party Integration knowledge.
- Knowledge of ORD canavas reports and People analytics is additonal
