- Experience in SAP ECC HCM on premises is preferred.
- Good work experience in data migration and data cleansing activities involved in implementation of SuccessFactors Instance refresh sync. Implementation experience using with ASAP methology or AGILE methology.
- Experience in End 2 End Implementation phases Discover Prepare Realize Testing Cutover Go Live Hypercare support.
- Good Communication Listening articulating skills.
- Good documentation skillks.
- Expert in SAP SuccessFactors SP CDP Module and conceptual knowledge of integration with other SF modules is required.
- Ability to design custom solution is needed Third Party Integration knowledge.
- Knowledge of ORD canavas reports and People analytics is additonal.
