**Role Overview**
We are looking for an experienced **Chat Support Specialist** to join our customer service team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions via live chat, assisting with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and resolving queries with professionalism and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer queries promptly through live chat.
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality responses.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience in the travel industry** (chat support/customer service preferred).
- Excellent written English and typing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational offs.
