HerbalMax Healthcare Pvt Ltd. is looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers through live chat support. You will play a key role in providing solutions to inquiries, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, and ensuring they have a smooth experience with our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and resolving issues or complaints.
- Process and manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering helpful solutions and going the extra mile.
- Stay up to date on HerbalMax products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain concepts and solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer concerns in a calm and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using chat support tools and CRM systems.
- A good understanding of HerbalMax products and services (training will be provided).
- Positive attitude, patient, and detail-oriented.
