- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and database-related problems.
- Assist in database management and basic queries using SQL/PL SQL.
- Record, track, and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other technical teams for escalated issues.
- Document support activities and common troubleshooting steps.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Shift:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Work Days:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
