**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily operations for the European and Pizza section.
- Prepare and cook pizzas, sauces, and European dishes as per Red Rhino standards.
- Ensure dishes are consistently high in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain proper hygiene and food safety practices at all times.
- Support the team during busy service hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Manage mise-en-place and assist in maintaining inventory and stock rotation.
- Contribute ideas for menu improvements and specials.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (European / Pizza section).
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough, toppings, baking, and European-style cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Diploma or certification in culinary arts preferred.
