Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.

2. Property Sales & Promotion:

- Present and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about locations, prices, and benefits.
- Negotiate deals to close sales effectively.

3. Lead Generation:

- Identify and follow up with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain a database of leads and prospects.

4. Market Research:

- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with insights into market conditions.

5. Documentation & Compliance:

- Assist clients with legal documentation, agreements, and property registration.

6. Reporting:

- Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports to management.
- Track and analyze sales performance against targets.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience & Skills:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

2. Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

3. Other Requirements:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
