**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from a large database to provide information about our UPSC coaching programs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the database with relevant information and follow-up actions.
- Assist in the organization of promotional events and webinars to attract new students.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process and ensure a positive experience for prospective students.
- Provide feedback on common inquiries to help improve service and communication strategies.
- Stay updated on UPSC exam trends, coaching methodologies, and institute offerings to provide accurate information to callers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and courteously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
