**Responsibilities and Impact**:
The Community Administrator will oversee the daily technical operations of our digital community platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience. This includes content management, user access control, monitoring platform performance, and collaborating with teams to resolve technical issues, while ensuring the platform remains up-to-date and user-friendly.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the seamless operation and optimization of a dynamic digital community platform, contributing to the overall success and engagement of the community.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Uploading and Publishing**:
Upload and publish content on the platform, ensuring that it is accurate, timely, and aligned with community engagement objectives.
**User Account Management**:
Manage user entitlements, permissions, and onboarding processes to ensure proper access for all community members.
**Monitor and Report Platform Issues**:
Identify, document, and report any technical issues or bugs, working with the technical team to resolve them quickly.
**Content Hygiene**:
Regularly review, update, and maintain high-quality content, ensuring outdated or irrelevant information is removed and content standards are met.
**Platform Performance Monitoring**:
Monitor platform performance, gather insights, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and platform functionality.
**Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:
Work closely with content teams, community managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless platform operations and content delivery.
**What We are Looking For**:Required Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication field or similar.
5+ years of experience in platform administration, content management, or a related technical role.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital platform tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
**Preferred Skills**:
Familiarity with basic coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
Experience with community engagement platforms and user management tools.
Previous experience in a similar role within a digital or online community environment.
