Administration Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Administration**:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the organization.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Handle budgeting and expense monitoring for administrative functions.
- Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers.
- **Facilities Management**:
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure the upkeep and safety of facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Plan and oversee renovations, office expansions, and relocations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage security systems and protocols to protect company assets and personnel.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead and mentor a team of administrative and maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure high performance and accountability.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and objectives for administrative and facilities management.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Implement initiatives to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Manager of Administration, Facilities Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, facilities management, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (e.g., CMMS).
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
