**Job Description**:

- **Office Management**:Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and facilities.
- **Customer Database Management**: Update customer databases on Excel and other software.
- **Record Management**:Supervise daily admin operations, maintain admin sheets and necessary documentation.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements etc.
- **Departmental Coordination**:Coordinate with different departments to meet customer needs, ensuring timely communication and support to enhance customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- **Reporting**:Prepare reports on administrative activities and project updates.
