**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle general inquiries and direct them appropriately
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support HR Manager with administrative tasks, documentation, and filing
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Assist in coordination of company events, interviews, and onboarding activities
**Documentation & Record Keeping**:
- Maintain and update contact lists and internal databases
- Ensure proper filing of HR and administrative documents
- Assist in maintaining attendance records and leave tracking
**Other Duties**:
- Provide support to other departments when needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Any other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
**Preferred Skills**:
- Prior experience supporting HR or admin functions
- Familiarity with office management systems
- Time management and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
