**About Us**
iDesign.Market is an online marketplace and SaaS business dedicated to home renovation and interior. The company has been funded by Angel Investors and leading tech entrepreneurs who are a part of our advisory board. The company is growing at a rapid pace and is looking to establish a strong presence in the Interior and Construction Tech segment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with our products/services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to address their concerns or requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to advocate for the customer and drive improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their usage of our products/services and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights to help improve our products and services.
- Develop and deliver customer success plans to guide customers in achieving their goals and maximizing the value of our offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Architecture, Construction and Interior Design Industry.

**Job Remuneration**:According to Industry standards.

**Job Location**:Delhi, Sultanpur.

**Experience**:Minimum 6 months of relevant experience

**About Founders**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
