The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for patients and visitors at Ayursiha Hospital. This role requires fluency in Arabic to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking guests and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, and hospital services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction**: Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between patients and hospital staff, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in Arabic and English.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide accurate information about hospital services, procedures, and policies to guests.
- **Feedback Management**: Gather feedback from patients and visitors to improve service quality and address any issues promptly.
- **Crisis Management**: Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues as necessary.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**: Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with diverse guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and compassion.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
