Skylar Seaview Beach Resort is seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent communication with guests and addressing their needs efficiently. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing the overall guest experience at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about the resort, nearby attractions, restaurants, and activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to address guest needs.
  • Ensure guest feedback is gathered and analyzed to improve services.
  • Maintain a guest history database to personalize guest experiences for repeat visitors.
  • Offer assistance with booking excursions, transportation, and other guest activities.
  • Help in arranging special services like birthdays, anniversaries, or other occasions.
  • Ensure guests are informed of resort amenities and services to enhance their stay.
  • Follow up with guests during and after their stay to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Guest Relationship Executive or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A friendly and positive attitude with a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
