**JOB ROLE**:

**Job Summary**

**As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team by maintaining an organized calendar of meetings. Your goal is to facilitate smooth and efficient appointment scheduling to help drive our business growth.**

**Key Responsibilities**
**- Outbound and inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services/products and schedule appointments for the sales team.**
**- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and by asking pertinent questions to understand their needs.**
**- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring that all necessary details are communicated accurately.**

- CRM Management: Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate information regarding calls, leads, and appointment statuses.**
**- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all appointments are properly handed off and that follow-up actions are taken as needed.**

**-script: Writing the script is also need in keyrole.write the script for Cold calls scriptwriting**
**- Reporting: Provide regular reports on appointment-setting activities, including call volume, appointment success rates, and any issues encountered.**
**- Feedback: Gather feedback from potential clients and relay important information to the sales team to help improve the sales process.**

**- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.**

**- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
