**Job description**
**Role & responsibilities**:
- Follow up with team members for delegated tasks till they are done.
- Freeing up time for the Founder & CEO by taking more decisions, being in touch with internal or external stakeholders on her behalf where her presence is not required
- Formulating a weekly and monthly MIS Executive Summary representative of the the performance of the team and the organisation
- Accountable for taking minutes during meetings and follow up with the key people for effective work being done
- Accountable for making Processes wherever needed
- Set up internal and external meetings and help manage the calendar
- Accountable for ensuring the Founder is 100% ready for all external and internal meetings
- Accountable for ensuring all managers reporting to the Founder have structured Weekly & monthly reviews, with feedback. So to keep making a note of the feedback necessary for her to share in the review. Should be able to do a review in 30 mins every week.
- Accountable for designing templates for the reviews of the team
- Accountable for preparing presentations for events and sessions
- Leading the Founder's Office in systems development. Identifying any gap in systems, and bridging that gap by putting a system in place - checklist, FMS, etc.
- Team Management
- Set goals for team on time, aligned to business objectives
- Provide on the job mentoring and Identify training programs & developmental interventions to enable higher performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the HR Manager and give timely feedback.
- Connect and engage with the team for higher motivation and retention.
- Discuss career aspirations and provide opportunities for growth.
- Ensure adequate staffing of the team with respect to numbers and competence.
- Manage Team Performance, handle queries and provide constant supervision and guidance.
- Conduct Monthly Performance Conversations with team members

- Building a relationship with all employees to get task done on time
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO
- Work closely with the CEO to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff.
- Good communication skills
- Knowlwdge of Excel and MS Office
- Ability to do Follow Ups
- Time management: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, and meet deadlines is essential for efficient customer service delivery.
- Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
- Problem-solving and critical thinking: You will encounter complex customer issues that require effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. You should be able to analyze situations, evaluate available options, and propose viable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events where there is increased service demand
Pay: ₹14,980.00 - ₹27,362.98 per month
