Receive, log, and track service requests, complaints, and maintenance calls.
- Assign tasks to technical teams (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and follow up on completion.
- Maintain accurate records in the Help Desk system or facility management software.
- Ensure timely escalation of unresolved or urgent issues to supervisors or management.
- Provide clear communication and updates to requesters regarding job status.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on help desk activities and performance.
- Assist in coordinating AMC services and vendor-related maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and internal protocols.

Pay: ₹12,163.79 - ₹28,000.89 per month
